Highlight Event Rentals employs often employs high school and college students for our install crews. Many are raising money for tuition or other expenses. We do allow our crew to accept tips from customers with the following guidelines:
- Tips are always OPTIONAL. We believe a tip is something extended for excellent service, not an expectation. Our employees are trained to deliver superior customer service, professionalism and skill whether they get a tip or not. They are instructed to never expect or encourage a tip but always be grateful if one is offered.
- Tips are shared among the specific install crew who provided you service. Our company does not take a “cut” of any tips given.
Tip Tiers Perks
– $10 –
We will provide you the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times and conduct your delivery and install quickly and efficiently.
– $20 –
In addition to all lower tiers, we will provide complementary re-stacking of all tables and chairs. You can leave them around the tables and we will take care of you.
– $30+ –
In addition to all lower tiers, we will provide you with complementary cleaning of all your rental items so you don’t have to wipe anything down after your event is complete.
Let us Take Care of You
If you forgot to add a service to your rental such as full-service setup or delivery of your items inside your home or to your back yard, we can take care of you! We normally would charge labor for these services outside of our normal delivery but if you would rather tip, we can take care of these services for you without having to generate an extra invoice. Just contact our install team leader and they can handle extra requests that accompany a gratuity.
