Highlight Event Rentals offers full-service design and setup of our wedding chairs for an additional fee. We will design and implement any layout you need. These padded resin wedding chairs for rent are manufactured by Flash Furniture and constructed for both comfort and durability. The solid resin frame is water-resistant and each chair is sturdy and safe once locked into place. Our wedding chairs are suitable for use in weather including rain but must be wiped down prior to returning them at the end of your rental period.

Wedding chairs are delivered stacked to the front of your house, in your garage or at a location within 50 feet of our delivery vehicle.

Setup and Use

Our padded garden chairs for rent must be set up on solid, even ground and the seat must be fully locked into place to prevent unfolding. Follow all manufacturer guidelines for weight limits and use. Discontinue use of our garden chairs if they appear broken or not functioning correctly. Padded resin chairs may be used outdoors without being covered but must be wiped down before returning them if they collect rain or dew.
Delivery and Setup

We offer standard delivery to the following communities – Oswego, Yorkville, Plainfield, Sugar Grove, Plano, North Aurora, Sandwich, Batavia, Geneva, Minooka, Winfield, Warrenville, Bolingbrook, Joliet and surrounding communities. Standard delivery of chairs is defined as curbsite. Chairs will be unloaded at the front of your home or inside your garage. Or to a venue within 50 feet of our delivery vehicle. Full-service design and setup of our wedding ceremony chairs is available upon request.
Cleaning

Our padded resin garden chairs are delivered to you wiped cleaned and sanitized. When returning them to us, wipe them down with a soft wet cloth to remove dirt, dust and food materials. If the chairs have been exposed to rain or dew, wipe them down with a dry cloth to remove as much water as possible. Additional cleaning fees may be assessed for items returned dirty or wet.
