Spandex Table Cover

This package also includes four 6′ white folding tables (new for 2025). Designed for durability, these tables feature a water-resistant resin top and steel tube legs for added stability. To elevate your setup, you can add four spandex table covers for a sleek, elegant touch. Additionally, the package includes 32 of our basic white folding chairs (new for 2025), designed with sturdy plastic seats and backrests, along with steel tube legs and protective feet for extra durability.

solid surface Install

This graduation party package offers one of the best values in terms of price per person. Quantities are limited, and this special offer is only available for a short time, so don’t miss out. By default, the setup is on a flat, grassy surface, but you can choose to set up on a hard surface like a driveway or patio for an additional fee. Please note that solid surface setups require weights and may not be possible in certain weather conditions. Professional delivery and setup are required and can be selected at checkout.

Installation	Our 32-Person Graduation Party Package requires professional delivery and installation by our company. Each installation includes heavy-duty stakes and/or ratchet straps and must be set up on a grassy area where the stakes can be securely anchored. If a grassy area is unavailable or if you prefer to install the tent on a solid surface, such as a patio or driveway, our 80lb tent weights are necessary. Please ensure the installation area is clear of overhead branches, utility lines, and other obstructions, and free of pet waste. Additionally, the site should be away from underground hazards, including sprinkler systems, sewer lines, drainage lines, and septic fields. Prior to installation, we will contact JULIE to have your utilities marked, which is a mandatory step.
Use and Safety	The items included in our 32-person graduation party package are designed for a "worry-free" experience. Our tents are built to withstand rain and wind, as long as wind speeds do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommendation of 25 mph sustained. However, the tent should not be used near open flames, silly string, or colored confetti or paper, as these substances can stain and permanently damage the tent’s top. Please note that the party tents cannot be moved once installed. During rain, tables and chairs must remain inside the tent. While the materials are water-resistant, they are not meant to stay exposed to the elements. All items—tables, chairs, and tents—must be returned clean, undamaged, and in the same condition they were delivered.
Delivery	Delivery of our 32 person graduation party package is available to Oswego Illinois and surrounding communities. Some of the other communities we deliver to on a regular basis include Naperville IL, Aurora IL, and Yorkville IL for graduation party packages. We also deliver our tents, tables and chairs to communities surrounding these such as Plainfield IL, Joliet IL, Bolingbrook IL, Sugar Grove IL and Plano IL. Standard delivery is available withing a local radius up to 10 miles and extra delivery fees may apply to certain communities. Please contact us directly for more details.
