Our 40×60 Modular High Peak Frame Tent setup features six of our high peak frame tents joined to create 2400 square feet of event space with only 2 center poles. This heavy-duty layout is designed for maximum stability and can be used on any surface including grass, concrete and asphalt. This tent is perfect for residential use for weddings and wedding receptions. It’s also a superior tent for commercial events such as corporate picnics, community BBQs and more.
This 40×60 tent setup is made from six of our commercial modular high peak frame tent. Each of these are constructed for maximum strength and stability with 2″ schedule 40 aluminum frame and leg poles. The tops feature 18′ high peaks and heavy-duty vinyl tops that are certified fire resistant and can withstand any amount of rain, wind or heavy sun. This setup features full 8′ sides and a spacious interior that’s open and well-ventilated.

Our 40×60 tent can be fitted with optional solid or cathedral window sidewalls that clip to the poles and resist wind and rain. You can also choose to add our Soft-glo perimeter lighting. With 1′ bulb spacing, our commercial tent lights provide double the output of any other perimeter lighting product. Each of our 40×60 tent setups is backed by our 100% installation guarantee.
This tent setup can be installed on a solid surface such as a parking lot or concrete pad with the addition of our optional tent weights.
