40×40 Tent Description
Our 40×40 high peak frame tent setup features 1600 sqft of party space with a beautiful 4-peak design. This is the perfect tent for large backyard parties. It’s ideal for large graduation parties, small weddings or community events. This modular tent features a single center pole preserving most of the interior space for party use. This is a true frame tent setup. Unlike 40×40 pole tents with 7′ sides, our 40×40 frame tent setup features 8′ high sides. This, combined with the large tops, gives the interior an open, spacious feel. You can select several options to add to this setup to customize it to your needs. This tent can support up to 150 guests with banquet seating and support items such as food tables, dance floor or stage.
40×40 Tent Features and SAFETY
Like all of our other frame tents, this 40×40 option features a heavy PVC vinyl top. This provides complete protection from sun, rain and wind. It’s durable and stable and can resist winds up to 45mph continuous. The tent top is a heavy-duty vinyl that is fire resistant and meets all local and national fire codes. It provides complete shade from the sun and when fully enclosed can block outside light completely. The 8′ sides of our 40X40 frame tent provides lots of head room for your guests. Unlike a pole tent which has standard 7′ sides, the extra foot of height and the tall dimensional tops makes this tent feel open and well-ventilated.
40×40 Tent Options
You can add optional tent walls to customize your setup. Our tent walls are available with both solid and cathedral windows. They clip to the frame and poles so they stay rigid and tight no matter what. We also offer custom tent lighting in both perimeter and cross-cable styles. You can choose to add our Soft-glo LED tent lighting to keep your party going at night. Our tent lighting features Edison-style bulbs, 1′ bulb spacing and soft white lighting. Most commercially-available tent lighting only offers 2′ bulb spacing. Ours features double the lights per linear foot of any other product, thus providing twice the light output.
40×40 Delivery and Installation Options
Our 40×40 high peak frame tent is available with a standard grass or dirt setup. We can also set this tent up on solid surfaces such as parking lots or concrete pads. Due to the layout, solid surface install is only available when we’re able to use concrete anchors or stake through asphalt. Our 40×40 setup is a modular setup so it’s built with 4 of our 20×20 frame tents to provide a larger space. This tent requires professional delivery and setup. It’s available in most communities in the far western suburbs of Chicago.
