40×30 Frame Tent Use
Our 40×30 tent for rent is a perfect option for events that require a fairly square tent without the need to expand to a 40×40. It seats up to a maximum 150 guests in banquet seating. It’s also great for parties of up to 100 guests where you wish to rent a covered dance floor or include food tables. This is a modular setup but is best when used as a square. If you need the same space but in a straight line or L-shape we would suggest our 20×60 frame tent instead. Our 40×30 frame tent is perfect for events such as a wedding, community picnic or BBQ or a corporate event. You can add additional options such as tent walls or lighting to customize your party.
40×30 Tent Design and Function
The 40×30 tent is a great mid-size tent that offers 1200 square feet of interior party space. It features 4 peaks but only a single center pole for the entire setup. This layout is achieved from our modular high peak frame tents so you get the same beauty, reliability and safety that comes with all of our frame tents. The 40×30 tent layout includes high 18′ peaks. This gives the interior of this tent an open and well-ventilated feel. Your guests will appreciate the extra head room. Most traditional tents feature 7′ sides but ours come standard with 8′ sides. You can also choose to expand to 10′ sides for an additional fee. Our 40×30 tent for rent is designed for maximum stability. It provides maximum resistance to wind, rain and provides complete protection from sun and UV light.
Tent Options and Accessories
You can fully customize your 40×30 frame tent rental to suit the needs of your event. Each tent can accommodate our heavy duty tent walls. These walls come in either solid or cathedral window styles. They are made from the same 18g commercial vinyl material as the tent top. They provide ultimate protection from the wind, rain and sun and can enclose your party for a more intimate appearance. Tent lighting is also a major choice. If your event will run into the night, you will need to add tent lighting. Our custom tent lighting can be used in both perimeter or cross-cable layouts or both. With 1′ bulb spacing, it provides twice the light output as any other commercial lighting options on the market.
40×30 Tent Delivery
The 40×30 high peak tent requires professional delivery and installation. Due to the size, it’s not suited for installation on a driveway but can easily be set up on grass, dirt or a large solid surface such as a parking lot or concrete pad. When set up on a solid surface, center stakes or concrete anchors are needed for this style of tent. If you need the same amount of party space but can’t use stakes, we would recommend our 20×60 tent instead. Our standard delivery is available for most communities in the western suburbs of Chicago.
