Our heated tent packages combine everything you need to throw a successful event outdoors in the spring or fall. The Chicago area is known for it’s temperature fluctuations which makes planning a party when the weather could be cold challenging. Our 20×40 heated tent for rent eliminates all worries by providing a fully-enclosed and heated space that will keep your guests comfortable. Utilizing our commercial grade tent with full sidewalls and a professional LB White tent heater, we can keep the temperature at a suitable level. Our heated tent package is intended to be simple to use and effective. We take care of setup and installation and all you have to do is flip a switch and your event is on.
Heated 20×40 High Peak Tent Features
Our 20×40 heated tent package starts with our superior high peak frame tent. The commercial heavy-weight top provides complete protection from wind, rain and hail and helps insulate the interior of the tent. We add 6 tent walls to fully enclose the tent and help maintain the internal temperature. Our commercial tent walls clip to the frame and poles offering additional wind and rain immunity. Finally, our tent package includes our powerful commercial tent heater – the LB White Premier 80. With 80,000 BTW of forced air heating, it works just like your furnace. Flooding the inside of the tent with warm air and raising the temperature to comfort levels within minutes. The package includes a 40lb propane tank ensuring at minimum a continuous 4 hours of run time. Additional propane tanks can be added to extend this time.
Tent Delivery Options
Our 20×40 heated tent requires professional delivery and installation. We take care of all the details such as having your utilities marked. You can sit back and relax while we take care of the set up and tear down after your event is complete. Standard delivery is available to most communities in the western suburbs of Chicago. Tent installation includes setup on a flat grass or dirt surface but you can also choose a solid surface setup on a driveway, patio or parking lot. Our commercial Block N Roll tent weighting system is safe and effective and allows us to set up this tent package without driving stakes. This heated tent package includes the following:
