All orders are subject to the terms and conditions in our Standard Rental Agreement. By proceeding to payment you agree that you have read and understand our Standard Rental Agreement and agree to abide by the terms and conditions within as well as affirm that you are familiar with the use and safety of all equipment in your order and agree to follow all company and manufacturer guidelines for use and safety.
1. You will select setup and delivery options on the next page before submitting payment. Our standard delivery options are valid for up to 10 miles. If your delivery is farther than 10 miles from our facility in Oswego, IL. we will calculate your total delivery fees and add it to your final invoice.
2. We require a either full payment or a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your items with the full balance due 2 weeks prior to your event. We will send our rental contract with your final payment request and you will be required to sign as well as agree to use all items in a safe and careful manner.
3. Your final balance may be adjusted depending on additional factors such as unusual set-up locations, lengthy travel, specific delivery times and more.
