1. You will select setup and delivery options on the next page before submitting payment. Our standard delivery options are valid for up to 10 miles. If your delivery is farther than 10 miles from our facility in Oswego, IL. we will calculate your total delivery fees as: $2 per mile x (distance between our facility and your location) x 4 trips = total delivery fees. Your final invoice will be adjusted for any extra delivery charges above 10 miles.
2. We require a 25% non-refundable pre-payment to reserve your items and the full balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event. We will send our rental contract with your final payment request and you will be required to sign as well as agree to use all items in a safe and careful manner.
3. By proceeding you agree to follow the terms of our standard rental agreement and any and all safety and usage guides for the items you reserve.
4. Your final balance may be adjusted depending on additional factors such as unusual set-up locations, lengthy travel, specific delivery times and more.
