This is one of our largest graduation party packages, designed to help you host a truly unforgettable event for your child. The package includes our highly popular 20×20 High Peak Frame Tent, featuring a durable 18oz vinyl top that stands up to wind, sun, and rain. The elegant design includes 8′ sidewalls and a striking 18′ center peak without a center pole, providing a spacious, open, and well-ventilated interior. Each of our 20×20 High Peak tents is fire-resistant and fully certified, meeting all local and national fire and safety codes for your peace of mind.

6' White Table Cover for Rent

Spandex Table Cover

Our 50-person graduation party package includes nine 6′ white folding tables, each featuring water-resistant resin tops and durable steel tube legs. These tables can comfortably seat 6 to 8 guests. For an elegant touch, you can add spandex table covers to the package for a small additional fee, or you may provide your own. The package also includes 50 of our basic white folding chairs, all newly purchased in 2025, ensuring a fresh and reliable seating option for your event.

This package offers additional options, including solid or window sidewalls, as well as tent lighting, allowing you to customize your setup. It can be installed on a grassy surface by default, or you can choose to set it up over a driveway or patio for an additional fee. For areas where stakes cannot be used, we utilize a tent weighting system to ensure the tent is securely anchored. Professional delivery and installation are required for this package, and you will select this option during checkout.

Delivery

We proudly offer delivery of our 50-person graduation party packages to Oswego, Illinois, and nearby communities. Regular delivery areas include Naperville, Aurora, and Yorkville, IL. Additionally, we provide delivery for tents, tables, and chairs to surrounding towns such as Plainfield, Joliet, Bolingbrook, Sugar Grove, and Plano, IL. Standard delivery is available within a 10-mile radius, with additional fees applying to certain locations. For more information, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
Installation

Professional delivery and installation are required for our 50-Person Graduation Party Package. Our team will securely install your tent using heavy-duty stakes and/or ratchet straps, which must be anchored in a grassy area. For installations on solid surfaces like patios or driveways, we’ll use block-and-roll tent weights instead. To ensure a smooth setup, please make sure the area is free of overhead obstructions such as branches and utility lines, as well as pet waste. Additionally, the site should be clear of underground hazards like sprinkler systems, sewer lines, drainage pipes, or septic fields. Prior to installation, we will coordinate with JULIE to have all utilities marked, as this is a required step.
Use and Safety

To ensure a seamless and stress-free experience, our 50-Person Graduation Party Package includes durable, high-quality items. The tents are water-resistant and capable of withstanding rain and winds up to 45 mph, as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. However, they should not be used near open flames, silly string, or colored confetti and paper, as these can cause permanent damage to the tent’s surface. Once the tent is installed, it cannot be moved. During rainy conditions, tables and chairs should remain inside the tent to avoid damage. While the materials are designed to resist water, they are not meant to endure extended exposure to harsh weather. All rented items—tents, tables, and chairs—must be returned in their original condition: clean, undamaged, and ready for reuse. Following these guidelines helps us maintain the quality of our service and ensures a positive experience for all our customers.
