What type of table rental should I choose?
Plastic Folding Table – Rectangle
Folding tables for rent are light but durable. They fold in half for easy transport. Offered in sizes from 4′ to 8′, when folded, they can even fit inside many passenger cars. They are easily cleaned and difficult to damage. However, because they are light they are a little less stable than heavier tables. Also, because guests are sitting directly across from each other, there isn’t much room in the center of the table for decorations.
Wooden Banquet Table – Rectangle
Hosts have used these durable tables for parties, weddings and banquets for decades. Made of heavy wood with metal legs, they are both strong and sturdy. Their size and weight makes these tables difficult to transport – particularly anything above 6′ in length. You should never leave these tables outside in the weather because the wood is not waterproof and will become damaged. Perfect for events where stability is the highest priority.
Wooden Table – Round
A classic choice for weddings and formal parties, these heavy wooden tables for rent are popular for many reasons. The size and weight make them strong and sturdy – with heavy metal legs and a wide layout. They also offer plenty of space in the center for ornate centerpieces and they allow guests to sit around a circle and interact. These are some of the heaviest tables and require special transport and set up. They also take up the most floor-space of any style of table.
High-top Table
Smart party hosts will often set up groupings of tall, slender tables around where there are drinks or snacks being served. Guests love gathering around these high-top tables where they can chat and set a drink or small plate down. You can use these tables without a covering, but they often look great with a spandex or traditional frilled cover. Our commercial-grade high-top tables are made of aluminum with a sturdy base that resist tipping.
