Our Premier 80 tent heater for rent is manufactured by LB White – an industry leader in tent and space heating. This model is a forced air heater – which delivers a warm stream of air to any location. With 80,000 BTU of power, it is enough to raise the temperature of any space up to 800 sqft to a comfortable level. The advantage of this type of heater is that it is placed outside the tent so there’s no smell of propane inside the tent. Its also very efficient for the type of heating it delivers. The heating unit comes with an end diffuser that will be placed under the tent wall to deliver the forced air.
You may supply your own propane with this heater but you will need a 40lb tank at minimum. The smaller 20lb tanks do not deliver enough pressure for this heater to work at optimal conditions. You can also rent one of our filled 40lb propane tanks for use with this heater. Because this is a forced air delivery system, the area that will need to be heated should be fully enclosed with walls. Small gaps are required to release the cool air as it’s replaced constantly with warm air.
